FACILITIES The focal point of our community is our Church. St. Paul’s converted in the Historic Savannah Register as a Victorian style edifice, into a house of Orthodox Christian worship. The style of the building is Cross-in-square adapted to Orthodox liturgical tradition. Ample parking is available behind the Church and in the surrounding areas. Across West Anderson Street is the HELLENIC CENTER, built in 1951 as the first of its kind in the Archdiocese, which houses the offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, gymnasium and classrooms. Catering services are available as well as the use of our Gymnasium and Meeting Room. We also have our Bookstore located in the lobby of the Center. Along side the Center, next to the Meeting room, is Tassey’s Courtyard, completed in memory of Speros Tassopoulos. For further information regarding use of our facilities, call the Church Office.

PARISH LIFE There are numerous activities and committees which carry on the daily functions of our community under the leadership of the Parish Council, which consists of 15 members. Please contact the Church Office or a Council member to indicate where you are interested in serving. Also, our Church Festival, held in October, is an annual highlight on the Savannah Tourism and Cultural calendar.

MEMBERSHIP As an Eastern Orthodox Christian, establishing membership at St. Paul’s is easy: simply complete and submit the Stewardship card and the Parishioner Information Form. Your financial commitment is based upon your resources and your dedication to the work of our Lord and His Church Without your full financial, physical and spiritual support, the work of the ministries of St. Paul cannot reach the level needed to meet the task which exists. If you are not presently an Eastern Orthodox Christian, you are encouraged to speak with Father regarding membership.
